WeightWatchers filed for bankruptcy in May 2025. It came back as a telehealth platform that prescribes Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound, and now Foundayo. Its board includes the man who launched Mounjaro for Eli Lilly. The CEO who built the pivot left last month. The 12-month subscription contract that comes with all of it has not moved.
